When life gives you a morning to sleep in, what better way to go about it then making a delicious breakfast?

And the best part?

The bottom pancake absorbs maple syrup.

    • Ambereen, these are totally worth the effort! I recommend keeping the kernels whole, adding all the ingredients to the blender, and then blending to whatever consistency you like. (ahem, this may or may not be an attempt to justify my lack of “corn pieces”) 😉 Honestly though, these are just like the pancake idea. Not pancake flavor though.
